Openinvoice is an application designed to help individuals and businesses create estimates, generate invoices, download documents, and share them with clients.

Other Openinvoice users may send you invoices or estimates using your email address or phone number. When this happens, the shared information may appear in your account so that you can view and manage it.

Payments and Subscriptions
If you subscribe to premium features, payment processing may occur through trusted payment providers such as Apple App Store or Google Play. These providers handle payment information securely according to their own privacy policies.
Openinvoice does not store full payment card information.
Account Sign-In Services
You may choose to sign in using third-party login services such as Google or Apple.
If you use Apple Sign-In, Apple may provide a private relay email address instead of your actual email. We receive only the information you choose to share. If you allow access to contacts, we use that only to help you add clients on Openinvoice or send estimates or invoices that you create.
Safety and Support Information
If you contact us for support or provide feedback, we may use that information to:
- respond to your request
- verify your identity
- improve Openinvoice
- detect fraud or security issues
You can control most notifications in your account settings. Some messages such as security alerts, password resets, or Privacy Policy updates are required and cannot be turned off.

Openinvoice does not review or verify the accuracy or legality of this information. Users are solely responsible for the content they create, store, or share using the Service. Openinvoice acts solely as a technology platform and does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice.
Sharing Data with Others
Openinvoice allows users to share invoices, estimates, or related documents with clients or other recipients using email, messaging apps, downloads, or other sharing methods. When you share a document, the information contained within it becomes visible to the recipients you select. Openinvoice does not control how recipients use, store, or distribute that information once it has been shared.
4. Analytics and Third-Party Services
We may use trusted third-party services to operate and improve the app. These services may collect limited usage data.
Examples may include:

- Cloud hosting providers

Openinvoice does not display third-party advertisements within the application.
